Mike became Clayton County Sheriff in January 2009.
He graduated from Hawkeye College in May 1988 with an Associate of Applied Arts Degree in Police Science.
He graduated from the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy in October 1991.
Employed by Guttenberg Police Department 1990.
Employed by Clayton County Sheriff's Department 1991 to present.
Mike was the Sr. Investigator for Clayton County Sheriff's Department prior to becoming sheriff.
